Founded in 2010 by Ahmed El Sewedy and Hossam Hassan, The Waterway Developments began with a vision for communities with a distinct character. Its work now brings together living, business, hospitality and facility management.
The Right Formula connects the Waterway world: the choice of location, attention to design and the human experience of a place. It considers the home, its surroundings and the spaces that bring people together throughout the day.

Waterway’s vision is to create valuable real estate concepts across residential, commercial and hospitality experiences, connecting the quality of a development with its customers and the communities around it.
Its mission centres on innovation and understanding changing expectations, with a belief in the relationships that connect people to homes and communities. The group’s work therefore extends into facility management, maintenance and services.
